Health is an inseparable part of human life and is essential to obtain accurate information on how to maintain, promote and improve health. In the modern age, electronic resources are the main information resources and mobile phones are the most accessible tools to people for obtaining information. Therefore, health policymakers can use this opportunity for prevention at various levels. Mobile applications can pave the way for providing the necessary care and accurate information to people, and training them. In this regard, providing applications in the native language of each country will increase the ability to make medical notifications and improve health among the people of that country. Given the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the 4th International Mobile Health Congress tries to move towards fulfilling prevention, treatment and rehabilitation needs by introducing international capabilities.
